The Division is proud to have two externally funded education programs which expand our ability to educate clinicians on geriatrics issues. The University of Utah Comprehensive Program to Strengthen Physicians’ Training in Geriatrics, funded by the DW Reynolds Foundation focuses on providing geriatrics specific training to primary care physicians throughout the Intermountain West, while the Hartford Geriatrics Training Program Development project provides funding for the enhanced training of junior Division faculty and fellows.
