We provide state-of-the-art patient care for prevention of cardiovascular disease (heart attacks and strokes, primarily due to atherosclerosis) in our Cardiovascular Disease Prevention Clinic. This includes the only program for LDL-apheresis between Denver and the West Coast. We offer a wide range of specialty diagnostic testing for atherosclerosis and its risk factors, including advanced carotid ultrasound (CIMT). Both of our Attending Physicians are nationally and internationally respected experts in atherosclerosis prevention and both are heavily involved in teaching this subject to physicians and health-care providers regionally and nationally, and in advising government, foundation and industry regarding lipid management and related topics.

We accept referrals from healthcare providers throughout the Intermountain West. We also accept self-referred patients, and are glad to see patients of all ages. We accept all forms of insurance except Intermountain Health Care and United Health Care.
