Application Process

Thank you for your interest in the Vascular Surgery Fellowship program at the University of Utah. We have an excellent, dynamic training program set in Salt Lake City, Utah, one of the most beautiful and livable areas of this country.

Requirements

Successful applicants must have completed an ACGME-accredited general surgery residency at time of fellowship start in July.

Fellows must apply for a Utah Medical License and Utah Controlled Substance License.

Application Process

The Vascular Surgery Fellowship program at the University of Utah participates in the Electronic Residency Application Service ERAS® which was developed by The Association of American of Medical Colleges (AAMC).

This web site will allow you to complete only one application and then apply to as many of the participating fellowship programs as you select. The Vascular Surgery Fellowship program at the University of Utah will not accept applications from any source except ERAS®.

ERAS® - the Electronic Residency Application Service - is a service that transmits residency applications, letters of recommendation, Dean's Letters/MSPE, transcripts, and other supporting credentials from applicants and medical schools to Fellowship, Osteopathic Internship and Residency programs using the Internet.

If you have any questions about the application process, please contact ERAS® directly at erashelp@aamc.org.
