Pediatric Urology Pediatric urologists are surgeons who can diagnose,treat, and manage children’s urinary and genital problems. Pediatric urologists generally provide the following services:
- Evaluation and management of voiding disorders, vesicoureteral reflux, and urinary tract infections that require surgery
- Surgical reconstruction of the urinary tract (kidneys, ureters, and bladder) including genital abnormalities, hypospadias, and disorders of sexual development

Erectile Dysfunction, Voiding Dysfunction (Men and Women), Urodynamics This subspecialty includes the evaluation and management of complex urologic reconstruction, erectile dysfunction and sexual health, prosthetic surgery, incontinence for men and women, retention, neurogenic bladder, and recurrent bladder infections. Patients with bladder problems caused by spinal cord injury, MS, urethral strictures and other types of pelvic stricture, stroke, spina bifida, and Parkinson's disease often require special care. In addition, the diagnosis, treatment, teaching and counsel for men with sexual dysfunction is offered.

Urologic Oncology The Huntsman Cancer Hospital Urologic Oncology Program diagnoses and treats all cancers of the urinary system, including bladder, prostate, kidney, testicular, and penile cancers. Our multidisciplinary team consists of surgeons, Dr. Robert A. Stephenson and Dr. Christopher B. Dechet, as well as Physician Assistant Jeffrey Linton PA-C. We also have a full compliment of radiation therapists and medical oncologists. Treatment planning conferences are convened on a weekly basis to provide a multidisciplinary approach to treating patients.
